2008 SNHSS 200 club letter
Dear Club Members; This will be our 6th 200 Club and I know we can sell out once again this year as we have the past 5 years. We have lots of signs that have been put out on the trail system. Unfortunately we have had alot of vandalism especially in the Maze, and we are considering putting cement in 5 gallon buckets to keep the posts from getting pulled out in that area. This season we will concentrate on both the Bear Brook State Park and Tower Hill areas. Later on in the fall we also plan on spending time in Pawtuckaway State Park. Please consider helping out your club on this very important fundraiser since this money will be used for all sign work for years to come. It's also a chance for all members to win some money each week during the snowmobile season. Weekly drawings of $10,$15 and $25 will be drawn and then the final drawing of $100,$250, and $500 will be raffled off. You are eligible to be a winner once each week so you could win lots of money.
The trail sign project continues to be very costly because we are using better materials that can hold up to the elements. Response of club members with regards to trail signs has been VERY POSITIVE and for that I thank everyone!!!!!! People are riding our trails and noticing all the HARD WORK that volunteers are doing. Money is still needed however since new areas are being developed for us to ride. This is where all members can make a difference by purchasing a ticket which will HELP OUR CLUB. Imagine if each member purchased just ONE Ticket the progress that we would make. To continue making this fundraiser a success everyones participation is URGENTLY NEEDED.
To purchase a ticket please call me at 603-497-8909 or E-Mail me at snowslickers@yahoo.com or better yet simply send me $20 by making a check out to SNHSS 200 Club and mail it to the address listed below along with this letter.(If you desire a certain number let me know and if it"s available it's yours).
In closing I would like to take a minute to thank all of you in advance for the sacrifice you members make as I know the financial situation is tough at this time but I know we will once again have a great and successful 200 club and a great snowmobile season. Until next time GOD Bless
Respectfully Submitted Raymond Philibotte Chairman Trail Signs |
