JOB DESCRIPTIONS
TRAILS COMMITTEE
The trails committee shall be members of the Trails, Groomer Maintenance and Grooming sub-committees. The Trails Committee assists the Trail Administrator and Trailmaster in defining the projects for the coming year and to develop a budget to be presented to the Board of Directors and General Membership.
TRAILS SUB-COMMITTEE This sub-committee will assist the Trail Administrator and Trailmaster in the performance of their duties to maintain and develop new Club trails. This includes soliciting workers and scheduling trail work. All work will be performed under the direction of the Trail Administrator or Trailmaster.
GROOMER AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
SUB-COMMITEE This Sub-Committee will be responsible for the scheduled maintenance on all groomers and drags. They will be responsible for arranging repairs on the trail when groomers and or drags break down. They will guarantee the availability of all necessary tools and parts in the groomers and Club House. All work to be performed with the approval of the Trail Administrator or Trailmaster.
The Trail Administrator or the Board of Directors must approve all expenditures.
GROOMING SUB-COMMITTEE
This sub-committee shall be made up of experienced and trained groomer operators.
They will assist the Trail Administrator and Trailmaster in setting a schedule for grooming and training of all groomer operators. They will have input into our rules and regulations pertaining to groomer operations. They will help to set up and implement the new State guide lines for trained operators when they become available.
SIGNS SUB-COMMITTEE
This sub-committee shall be responsible for the placement of signs throughout our trail system. With the permission of the Trail Administrator or Trailmaster they may purchase items for the signs such as vinyl, wood, hardware and posts.
